Tell your Facebook friends: no, Tim Tebow is not going to the Cardinals.
Facebook allows your friends to share all kinds of fascinating information with the world, but if your friends are either 1. not well-versed in how Internet gags work or 2. not very smart, chances are they'll happily pass along this little tidbit from satire site Daily Leak.
It's a joke, folks, like the one about Facebook coming to steal your pets or the one where the Redskins swap in a new quarterback every 15 minutes. Don't believe everything you read on the Internet.

Now, this will no doubt spur a new round of "Tebow never got a chance!" cries, despite the fact that he had a shot with three different teams. The Broncos traded him to make room for Peyton Manning, which is pretty defensible, but he couldn't outplay Mark Sanchez in New York and couldn't even make the regular-season roster in New England. Tebow is a wonderfully nice fellow, but while on the field, his throwing motion resembled a riverboat's paddle, and you could time his passing release with a sun dial.
So, no, he won't be playing for Arizona this season. Washington, on the other hand ... we wouldn't put anything past those guys.
